14-day refund window
If you're not happy with your Vibe Check purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Email us at info@studiovibecheck.com with the email address you used at checkout and your order or transaction reference. We'll process your request as quickly as we can — refunds are issued by our payment provider, Paddle, and may take a few business days to land back on your card or in your account.
You can also reach Paddle directly at paddle.net to manage your order.
After 14 days
Outside the 14-day window we can't guarantee a refund, but please still email us if something has gone wrong — we'd rather hear from you and try to put it right.
Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are processed by Paddle on our behalf.
