Vibe Check (trading as Studio Vibe Check) is operated by Amy Waterston, a sole trader based in England, United Kingdom (the "seller", "we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms. You confirm you are 18 or over and have authority to make the purchase.

Vibe Check is a digital tool that helps maids of honour and bridesmaids plan a hen do. It includes a questionnaire for the bride, a group questionnaire for guests, AI-generated suggestions, planning tools, digital invitations and itineraries, and a downloadable PDF summary. Features available depend on the tier you purchase.

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Send spam or harass others through the share, invite, or guest features.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property.
• Attempt to interfere with, probe, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service or its outputs as your own product.

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g. photos, names, custom questions). You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service to you.

All software, templates, design assets, and branding that make up Vibe Check are owned by the seller or our licensors. Purchasing a tier gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and the generated outputs (PDFs, invites, plans) for your hen do.

Some features use AI to suggest itineraries, options, or images. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable — you should review everything before using or sharing it. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and how you use the results. We may filter or refuse outputs that breach acceptable use.

Vibe Check is sold as a one-time purchase per bride at the tier you select. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Their buyer terms apply to the transaction and are available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI features will always produce a specific result.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or if continued access poses a security or fraud risk. You can stop using the service at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits, data, or goodwill). Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
